This Privacy Policy explains how USTechService Corporation ("OptionSniffer," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use optionsniffer.com(the "Service"). It works alongside our Cookie Policy. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information (when accounts are enabled): email address and authentication identifiers.
- Subscription email: if you opt into the daily digest, the email address you provide.
- Analytics data: aggregate traffic metrics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type), collected via Google Analytics 4 only after you consent — see below.
- Log & device data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used for security and reliability.
- Payment data (when billing is enabled): processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
2. Cookies, analytics & consent
We do not load analytics or set any non-essential cookies until you choose "Accept"in our cookie banner. If you choose "Reject" (the default), no analytics run and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice anytime via the "Cookie settings" control at the bottom of any page.
When you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic measurement with IP anonymization enabled and Google advertising signals disabled. We do not use analytics for advertising and we do not sell any data.
We do not use session-replay, keystroke logging, or any technology that intercepts, records, or reads the contents of your communications. Full details and controls are in our Cookie Policy.
3. How we use information
- Operate, maintain, and secure the Service.
- Deliver the daily digest and account-related emails you request.
- Understand aggregate usage to improve the product (with consent).
- Process subscriptions and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sellyour personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
4. Service providers
We share information only with vendors that process it on our behalf, including: analytics (Google Analytics, after consent), hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), authentication (Clerk), payments (Stripe), and transactional email (Resend). Each processes data only to provide services to us.
5. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) may request access and deletion and may opt out of any "sale" or "share" (note: we do neither). To exercise any right, contact us at webmaster@ustechservice.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
6. Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
