Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Not financial advice

The Service provides delayed, educational information about observed options-market activity. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security, and not a substitute for professional advice. We describe observed flow and structure; we never recommend trades. We are not a broker-dealer or investment adviser and owe you no fiduciary duty. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions — do your own research.

3. Data accuracy & availability

Market data is delayed and derived using heuristics; some fields (e.g., trade side, sweep counts) are approximations. Data may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and the Service may change or be discontinued at any time.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (when offered) are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell, or redistribute Service data except as permitted.
• Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or paywalls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, scoring logic, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. Market data may be subject to third-party provider terms. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR USD $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute resolution; arbitration & class waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If unresolved, you and we agree that any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and you and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
